BLOG POST BY LISA CARMACK: WEEKEND IN WLI TODZI

I promise to post more soon, but until then here are some pictures from my incredible weekend in Wli Todzi. Wli Todzi is in the Volta region about 6 miles up the mountain from the Wli waterfalls.

I was here for an eco-tourism project led by my friend Ethan from UC Santa Cruz. Typically people pay 70 Ghana cedis ($35) to be guided up the mountain, eat delicious food and stay in the beautiful village.
It was absolutely unforgettable, and quite a work out getting up there!
